Services in DSO

Hello my name is Tammi Beardsley. I am the creator of Cardio Sculpt and throughout the world there are instructors teaching my program. I am honored to offer this program here at DSO.

In 1979 I was studying dance when the choreographer took me aside to tell me I was too chubby to dance in an upcoming show and suggested an exercise to music program I should take a couple of times a week... I loved it and was hooked. Many years, courses and certifications later I created Cardio Sculpt. I took the best I learned from these courses and sports programs to come up with this highly effective program.

Exercise can be boring so special attention was paid to that problem. People have very busy lives so efficiency was another factor. Mostly, an uncomplicated easy to follow safe program has always been my goal so the student can work on their body...not their brain!

I have been sharing Cardio Sculpt now for over 10 years and have a brief case full of letters from all over the world from students swearing by it. I'd like to share it with you. Please call me and let me help you keep fit.
